CrustLab is a pizza dough calculator, recipe library and baking community. This page explains how to get help with the app, your account, your content and your data.

Support, account, content-moderation, privacy and deletion requests all go to this address. We aim to answer within 3 business days. Please include your CrustLab username, the app version from Settings, and your device model.

Account help

I forgot my password

On the login screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email address and submit. A reset code is emailed to you; enter the code in the app and choose a new password of at least 12 characters. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder and confirm the address you registered with.

I did not receive the verification email

New email/password accounts must verify their address before using the community. Tap Send verification email on the verification screen to resend it, then tap I have verified my email after opening the link. Accounts created with Google or Apple sign-in are verified automatically.

I want to change my email, username or password

Open Settings → Account settings. Personal information covers your username, email and bio; Password lets you change or create a password even if you originally signed in with Google or Apple.

I want to delete my account

Open Settings → Account settings → Account deletion, type DELETE to confirm, and the account and its personal data are permanently removed. The same request can be made by email; see the account deletion page for what is deleted and what is retained.

Community and safety

How do I report a post, comment or user?

Every post, comment and profile has a Report action with a reason list, plus an optional description. Reports are private and reviewed by moderators, and you can follow their status in Settings → My reports. Objectionable content and abusive users are removed once a report is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Use Block user from a profile or from a post's action menu. Blocked accounts cannot interact with you and their content is hidden from your feed. Manage the list in Settings → Blocked users.

Calculator and recipes

Where do the ingredient amounts come from?

CrustLab uses baker's percentages. Total flour is solved from your pizza count and ball weight, and water, salt, oil and yeast follow from the percentages you set. The yeast recommendation is an anchor value that adapts to fermentation time, temperature and cold fermentation, and every automatic value stays editable.

Can I switch to ounces and Fahrenheit?

Yes. Settings → Account settings → Unit settings switches between metric (grams, Celsius) and imperial (ounces, Fahrenheit).

My baking reminders do not appear

Reminders are local notifications tied to the steps of a baking schedule. Allow notifications for CrustLab in the system settings, keep the step reminder enabled in the schedule, and note that a reminder cannot be scheduled for a time that has already passed.

App language

The interface is available in English and Lithuanian and follows your choice in Settings → Account settings → Language settings. Community posts can be translated in the feed with Show translation.

Privacy

The privacy policy describes what is collected, how it is used and which choices you control. Usage analytics and personalised advertising are off until you consent, and both can be changed at any time in Settings → Privacy policy.
